Abstract

The holder for toilet rolls has a housing (3) with an upper opening with a cover (2) hinged (1) to allow introduction of the rolls (P, H). A rotary carriage (6) allows separation and distribution of the rolls by rotation (B). A stabiliser (9) guides the support (10) along the axes of the rolls.

Description

The present invention relates to a device which allows storage and dispensing multiple rolls of toilet paper quickly and hygienically while integrating into the different components of a bathroom or powder room already existing.

Traditionally toilet paper rolls are placed on a shelf, on the flush cover and sometimes even on the floor, which is not aesthetic or hygienic. They can also be stored in a piece of furniture in an annex room, which involves handling and execution time long enough to resume and replace a new roller in the dispenser.

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. It comprises in fact, according to a first characteristic, a housing which is fixed to the wall or to a door by two screws: two holes at the rear of the housing are provided for this purpose.

This case has a cover from above to open and close the opening through which six to twelve rolls of toilet paper are introduced depending on the model.

This device allows its user, by turning the knob one full turn located to the left or right of the box, to supply the distributor which, at the same time, was released from its support by turning it a quarter turn to the left and pulled towards outside. As soon as the roller (of P.H) is stabilized, insert the support in the axis of the roller and reattach by turning a quarter turn to the right.

Once the roll (of P.H) finished, repeat the same manipulations: an indicator tells you when you need to recharge the case.

According to particular embodiments, the button located to the left of the housing has in its center a thread which allows the roller support (of P.H) to be fixed in its center.

This device makes it possible to have the roller in use in the rotary carriage and its distribution medium in the same location.

in its lower part an opening whose width is equal to the width of a roll (of PH) and of a height of 3/4 of the height of a roll (of PH); inside this opening, on the front part, a stabilizer 9) makes it possible to brake and guide the axis of the roller (from PH) 7); finally, a pre-molded serrated border 13) will serve as a finish on the lower external part of the opening.

The inner left and right walls of the housing 3) include an area of least thickness to adapt the interval and thickness of the left and right sides of the rotary carriage 6).

By gravity, the roller (of PH) 5) is received in the rotary carriage 6). Its base, of hollow form, perfectly matches the roller (of PH) 5) in its length: see Fig "1 side".
In Fig "1 side" sectional view, the rotary carriage 6), by its semicircle shape, perfectly fits half of the roll (of PH) in its thickness; the rounded edges of this semicircle allow the user, by turning the rotary carriage 6) at -B- to firstly separate the roller (from PH) 5) from the roller (from PH) 4) . By gravity, the roller (of PH) 5) will take place in the dispenser; the roller (of PH) 4) will remain blocked by the top of the rotary carriage 6); In a second step, the rotary carriage 6), finishing its turn in its entirety, will receive the roller (of PH) 4) in its hollow base and so on as required.

The roller (of P.H) 5) being received and guided by the stabilizer 9), introduce the support 10) at -A- in the roller axis (from P.H) 5) then reattach the support 10) by turning 1/4 turn to the right.

In the embodiment of Figures "2 face" and "2 side", the housing 3) comprises in its lower part, and only in this part, a variant in the device of the rotary carriage 6) and roller support 10) (from P.H).

In this lower part, the internal left and right walls of the housing 3) include a thinner zone, in order to adapt the interval and the thickness of the left and right sides of the rotary carriage 6).

The left side of the housing 3) has in its lower part an orifice corresponding to the dimension of the rotary axis of the carriage 6).

The right face of the housing 3) has in its lower part an orifice corresponding to the dimension of the rotary axis of the carriage 6).

The rotary carriage 6) has in its left button part an area of least thickness pre-molded in its axis with a thread of 1/4 turn in order to insert the support roller (of P.H) 10) itself pre-molded with a thread of 1/4 turn.

The rotary carriage 6) has in its right part a hollow groove, the dimension makes it possible to introduce the axis of the support 10) of roller (of P.H). LED 11) is located on the front panel above the lower part.

In its lower part, whose width is equal to the width of a roll (of P.H) and of a height equal to the height of 1/2 roll (of P.H) by forming 1/4 of a circle (see Fig "2 side") on its left and right sides, finally a serrated border 13) pre-molded will serve as finished on the upper external part of the opening.

At first, the user turns the support 10) of the roller (from P.H) and withdraws it outwards in -A-

Secondly, the user turns the rotary carriage 6) by 1/2 a turn -B-

By gravity, the roller (from P.H) 5) is received in the rotary carriage 6); his base hollow shape fits perfectly the roller (P.H) 5).

Thirdly, the user reintroduces the axis of the support 10) into the axis of the roller (from P.H) 5) and rotates 1/4 of a turn to re-attach to the rotary carriage 6).

In a fourth step, the user turns the rotary carriage 6) by another 1/2 tower -B- which, by its semicircle shape and whose edges are rounded, allow to separate the roller (from P.H) 5) from the roller (from P.H) 4) which, by gravity, takes the place of roller (of P.H) 5), this roller (of P.H) 5) being in the lower opening.

All the components indicated below can be made of plastic, or bakelite, PVC, etc. in a single injection molding operation.

The housing 3), consisting of two parts (see Fig "1 side" and Fig "2 side" in section -C-, will be connected by gluing after placing the rotary carriage 6) in its left and right holes provided for this purpose.

The rotary carriage 6) in a single part, the cover 2) in a single part, the support 10) in a single part, the sight glass II) in a single part, the stabilizer 9) in one only part, but may be part of the front of the housing 3).

In order to allow a better reading of the different drawings to scale, the device is shown for three rolls (from P.H).

The present invention relates to a device for six or twelve rolls (of P.H). This does not change the system of the inventive device in any way.

By way of nonlimiting example, the case 3) Model 6 rollers (from P.H) will have dimensions of the order of: 60 cm for its height, 11.3 cm for its width, 11.1 cm for its roller depth 10 cm thick, 13.1 cm for roller depth 12 cm thick.

The left and right sides of the housing 3), of the order of 7 mm each while in the zones of lesser thickness the dimensions are of the order of 3 mm.

The front and rear walls of the housing 3) are of the order of 3 mm each.

The cover 2), of slightly rounded shape, is of the order of 12 cm in its opening length and 3 mm in thickness.

The hole of the sight glass II) is of the order of 2 cm in diameter on the semicircle. The thickness is of the order of 1 mm.

The opening of the dispenser (of P.H) is of the order of 10.6 cm in width and 8 cm in height Fig "1 side" for rolls 10 cm thick, and around 10.6 cm in width and 10 cm in height for rolls 12 cm thick.

The rotary carriage 6) will have dimensions of the order of: 10.6 cm in its length total, 10.4 cm in depth for rolls 10 cm thick, and 12.4 cm in its depth for 12 cm thick rolls.

The left and right sides of the rotary carriage 6) will be around 3 mm thick each ; the curved part which marries and receives the rolls (of P.H) will be of the order 15 cm in the curved length and 10.6 cm in width, the thickness will be of the order of 2 mm. For rolls 12 cm thick, the curved length will be around 18 cm.

The left and right ends of the rotary carriage 6), called buttons, will have dimensions of the order of 2.5 cm thick and 5 cm in diameter.

The end of the roller support (P.H), called button, is of the order of 2 cm thick and 3 cm in diameter.

On the sides of the housing 3), the orifices will have a diameter of the order of 3 cm for the rotary carriage 6), 2.5 cm for the roller support (P.H) 10), 2 cm thick and a total length with the thread of 12.6 cm.

The stabilizer 9) is 10.1 cm long and 7 mm in diameter.

Claims (5)

Device for storing and distributing rolls of toilet paper (PH), characterized in that it comprises a box (3) into which six or twelve rolls (of PH) are introduced, depending on the model, a rounded cover (2) articulated, closed / open, an indicator (11) allowing to visualize the last roller (of PH), a rotary carriage (6) allowing the separation and the distribution of the rollers (of PH) by complete rotation on itself in its zone of lesser thickness (14), this using buttons incorporated in the rotary carriage (6), located on each side. Device according to claim 1) characterized in that the left face of the housing (3) comprises a zone of reduced thickness (14) adapted to the circular movement on the left side of the rotary carriage (6), as well as the right face of the housing ( 3) has an area of reduced thickness (14) adapted to the circular movement on the right side of the rotary carriage (6). Device according to claim 1) or claim 2), characterized by its rotary carriage (6) located in an area of reduced thickness (14), said rotary carriage (6), thanks to the hollow shape of its base, perfectly matches the roll (of PH) in its length and its semicircle shape perfectly matches half the thickness of the rolls (of PH). The rounded edges of the rotary carriage (6) allow the rollers (of PH) to be separated by 10 cm or 12 cm depending on the model. Device according to claim 3) characterized in that the rotary carriage (6) in its variant, figure "2 face", has in its left part a zone of reduced thickness pre-molded in its axis with a thread and in its left part a hollow groove whose dimension allows to introduce and screw the support (10). Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stabilizer (9) of circular shape tends to brake the roller (of PH) in its reel.
