In such pulpers, there is the problem that, depending on the material to be processed, depending on the water / solid ratio and depending on the processing different hole shapes and hole sizes in the screen plate are advantageous. Therefore, either the operation must be matched to the pulper, or it must be provided different screen plates.
The invention is based on the object to further develop a high-density pulp so that it can be controlled in a simple manner, through which sieve areas with what kind of openings material to leave the pulper.
The object underlying the invention is achieved with a generic Pulper, in which the openings form a connection between a displacement chamber (5) and chambers (10, 13) and the areas are in communication via the openings with different chambers, wherein the chambers each at least have a closable output.
In this case, opening size means both the free passage area and the hole shape. The openings may be formed for example as round holes or as a slot. In addition, a distinction is made between different hole diameters, slot widths and slot lengths. In addition, also different hole geometries be provided, in which the edges of the holes have different shapes.
Different areas are understood to mean surfaces with a plurality of openings, preferably more than ten openings. Each area consists either of one or more screen plate parts and the areas are preferably bounded by edges or kinks or bearing surface of the screen plate.
This makes it possible to remove different material fractions from a pulper. For example, 0.1 mm wide and 20 mm long slots for fibers, 1 mm diameter round holes for impurities and 3 mm to 6 mm round holes for media such as spheres in different areas may be provided.
Here, a screen plate having areas with different openings of different opening sizes. It is advantageous if the screen plate is in several parts to provide only one opening size in each case in a screen plate part.
The areas of the screen plate can be arranged in different ways in the pulper. Here, the floor area may be arranged horizontally in a known manner. It is advantageous if a transition region is arranged obliquely. A further enlargement of the area formed as a screen plate results when an edge region is arranged vertically.
It is advantageous if the areas are concentric with each other. In this case, a vertical edge region can adjoin the bottom region, or an oblique transition region is provided between the bottom region and the edge region.
A special embodiment provides that the screen plate is designed as a basket. Such a basket may be formed from abutting Siebblechteilen or have a curved or kinked Siebblechfläche.
Edge shape and cross-sectional area of the openings may be formed differently in the different areas. In addition, different openings may also be provided in one area. It is advantageous if a bottom region has openings with a diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 mm. A transition region may have openings with 0.05 to 0.2 mm wide slots. In particular for the removal of grinding media from the pulper, it is advantageous if, for example, an edge region has openings with a diameter of 2 to 8 mm.
In order to optimize the processes in the pulper, it is proposed that the pulper has grinding media, preferably balls, above the sheet. Such grinding media are added to the material to be ground in order to increase the friction surface and to accelerate the grinding process or to improve the quality of the material to be ground.
It is advantageous if a region of the screen plate has openings which are larger than the grinding media. If these openings open into an open drain, the grinding media can be removed from the pulper through these openings again.
In order to be able to operate the pulper with a continuous flow, it is proposed that the areas communicate via openings with different chambers, wherein the chambers each have at least one closable outlet. This makes it possible to use different screen areas of the pulper at different times and by varying the opening width at the closable outlet more or less large flow rates can be set via special screen areas, the material leaves the pulper.
Different circulating and conveying devices can be arranged within the pulper. These conveyors also serve as stirrers or knives. It is advantageous if a spiral is arranged inside the pulper. Depending on the embodiment, this spiral can take over conveying, cutting and / or circulating functions.
The pulper preferably has openings for adding the material to be treated and for adding water or other liquids. It is advantageous if it is hermetically sealed. An airtight sealable lid allows pressure to build up in the pulper.

When using the pulper, the raw material according to the
