The top view of the embodiment of FIG. 13 is the same as the top view of the embodiment of FIG. 9, as shown in FIG. 11. The top view of the embodiment of FIG. 20 is the same as the top view of the embodiment of FIG. 16, as shown in FIG. 18. The elevational views taken from the left side of the embodiments of FIGS. 6, 9, 13, 16 and 20 are the same as that view for the embodiment of FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 3, and the views from the right side thereof are a mirror image of this view.
