Abstract

본 발명은 FCC 공정에서 주분류탑의 중간단에서 생산된 유분을 질소를 사용하여 스트리핑함으로써 인화점 및 외관 규격을 총족시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 인화점 규격 총족과 동시에 수분을 포화 수준 미만으로 낮추는 것이 가능하여 근본적으로 외관 문제를 해결할 수 있으며 인화점의 조절이 용이하여 유분을 등유 및 경유 제품에 직배합을 가능케 한다. 또한, 이외의 설비가 필요치 않고, 기존의 통상적인 분리기에 적용하는 경우에도 질소 주입 배관의 연결만으로도 본 발명의 방법을 적용할 수 있어 비용적인 면에서 큰 이점을 지닌다.
