High Sails Aloft, Day and Night Stars Racing.
The Seven Expeditions to the Western Seas by Zheng He, which shook the world, marked the first great voyage in human history, originating from China. In 1492, Zheng He set sail to the West, 87 years before Columbus and 116 years before Magellan. With sails high and stars guiding day and night, the magnificent history of world navigation was initiated by Zheng He's treasure ships.
The three-dimensional relief on the bottom cover of Zheng He's treasure ship depicts sailing through wind and waves, recreating the grand historical scene. The phrase 'High sails aloft, day and night stars racing' comes from the inscription on the 'Records of the Miraculous Goddess' stele, meaning sailing with high sails day and night, smooth sailing all the way. The 'Records of the Miraculous Goddess' stele, commonly known as the 'Zheng He Stele,' describes the time and route of Zheng He's seven expeditions to the Western Seas.
The 'Zheng He' treasure ship is limited to 6,500 pieces, each with its own unique personal code.
