Nicaragua

This coffee has a special place in our heart, being from the first coffee farm we ever visited: Finca El Porvenir in San Fernando, Nueva Segovia.

Cultivated under the care of Donaldo Cuadra and family, their seasonal harvesters hand-pick this 100% catuai coffee varietal every year. It is then wet-milled on the farm, then patio-dried and hulled at the local dry mill.
