LEMMING SQUASHED: China Glaze Secret Periwinkle is a gorgeous, dusty periwinkle blue creme that is saturated despite its muted shade. The first coat is sheer, but it is opaque by the second one. I have sought this color on my quest for the best periwinkle, since it is one of the most beloved and popular versions out there. Bloggers always be blogging about it! Had to try it, thanks to the recent Sally Beauty BOGO half sale.
