Errol snuck in to the banquet in my jacket pocket so he could attend his first BFS Awards and try new food. He was much admired.

It was a fun evening, and I met new people. I managed some conversation. The food wasn’t too bad, either. I had buffalo mozzarella with roasted Mediterranean veg; pork loin with veg and mash; and a raspberry pavlova. Service was good but it was a bit slow.
