Tre Palline Gelato Napolitano

Oh my gelato, goodness! What an amazing little gelato shop! After dinner, my friend and I were craving something sweet, so we Yelp'd this place and decided to take a short walk over. We were welcomed right away, and the owner was asking us what we wanted to try immediately after he greeted us. I sampled about 5 flavors, before I settled on Mozart and Strawberry. I was honestly blown away on how smooth and flavorful the gelato was. It was by far, the best I've ever had. The scoops were big, and the price was reasonable. This little gelato shop was just so cute and inviting! I loved the up-cycled shabby-chic decor. My friend kept commenting on how adorable it was, too. It's located in what seemed to be an odd place, but it was steadily busy as we sat there eating our scoops. We both were highly impressed and kept saying "we'll be back"... And we shall!

This review is based on the purchase of the cannoli and not any of the gelatos.

I am told that the cannoli is made in-house and when I ordered it, the gentleman went into the back to fill it.

It's small and not filled well as evidenced by the photo showing the filling coming out. The filling is light and has mini chocolate chips, chocolate shavings and bits of orange zest. It's finished with a bit of candied orange in the ends.

Shell is crunchy but it's pricey at a total price of $6.55. I'm from out of town so if I were to come.back here, I'd opt for a single gelato at $4.

To be fair, the cannoli had gotten warm but the filling should have fallen out like this if there was more of it.

Regardless of my experience, please support this local business because their gelato flavors looked amazing! Passion fruit? Come on!

This is Gelato well done like I've had it back in Florence Italy. Every flavor I had was spot on. Must visit again and again and again!

The Tiramisu Gelato was to die for and the cannoli was fresh, authentic and perfect. Owners are great. They offer an incredible menu that we'll have to go back to try again and again.

Lovely gelato and super cute shop. The owner was friendly and there was really no wait. There are places to sit and enjoy your treats. Very nice.

In the entrance to the Steamplant building. Small but cute, cartoons on for the kids. Gelato is phenomenal. The tiramisu was my favorite but they have so many great fun flavors, we have to go back to try some more!

The Gelato was awesome. We sampled a few flavors and ultimately love the espresso or coffee based ones. The service was okay. The ambiance is cute, something for teens to take photos in for their social media. Nice to bring younger kids too. They had a showing of Moana to keep them entertained while the family enjoy their treat.

Downtown with my wife and the restaurant we ate at didn't have any decent dessert options. Found this place on Yelp and am so glad we did. All the flavors we tried were fantastic and Marco the owner was pleasant and knowledgeable. we will be back as it was a great experience. Just a small place but comfortable and pleasant with just enough seating.
