Authentic is an ideal we strive for in all aspects of our company. To us, it means a passionate and genuine approach to making, presenting, and serving gelato. From our secret Sicilian recipes to our Italian imported ingredients and decor, we do our very best to bring the authenticity of our Italian gelato! Our artisanal gelato is hand-made in small batches everyday, right in our shop. Each flavor is rendered using authentic recipes and traditions that have been passed down through our family of master artisans. When we say “artisanal,” what we’re really trying to convey is hundreds of years of gelato history, knowledge, and technical expertise behind our craft.

It's tough to find great gelato in Spokane. Today we found a real gem. The consistency, creaminess and flavor bring back European memories. The servers were delightful. We gave it a four instead of a five star review because the $4.00 single scoop given was the teeniest, tiniest scoop we have ever seen! Just slightly bigger than a golf ball.
