Kurbinovo is a small village located along the road that follows the east side of Lake Prespa.
The 12th century Church of St George is close to the village Kurbinovo. This modest, single-nave church was built in 1191.
Many of the frescoes are rather well conserved. One of the frescoes even is depicted on the banknote of 50 Denar!
Before you go to the church, you should get the key of the church at one of the houses on the left side of the road. This house has a sign with a key in red paint on its gate, see the picture. Just continue the same road until you reach the church.
