Unfortunately, there is no Kiba Dock repository available for Gutsy. Kiba Dock repository is only for Feisty.
If you want to use the same application launcher dock, you can try Cairo Dock.
The installation in Ubuntu is not difficult. You only need to download Key Authentication Package, set the Cairo repository and install it using APT command.
Key for Cairo-dock is available at: http://repository.cairo-dock.org/ubuntu/cairo-dock.gpg.
Repository for Cairo-dock is available at: http://repository.cairo-dock.org/ubuntu/dists/gutsy/cairo-dock/binary-i386/
Now, we know already the key and repository location for Cairo-dock. So, it’s time for us to install the package.
Installation
Step 1. Download the key
I won’t explain the details process in here, just follow the commands below.
From Ubuntu Terminal screen (Applications > Accessories > Terminal), type:
taufanlubis@toshiba:~/mydata/new_download$ wget -q http://repository.cairo-dock.org/ubuntu/cairo-dock.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add –
OK
taufanlubis@toshiba:~/mydata/new_download$
Step 2. Set Cairo-dock repository
Before we can install the Cairo-dock using APT command, we have to set its repository first.
From your Ubuntu Menu, click System > Administration > Software Sources then click ‘Add‘ button.
At APT line text box, type: deb http://repository.cairo-dock.org/ubuntu gutsy cairo-dock then click ‘Add Source‘ button.
Now, you have the repository link to Cairo-dock.
After you close the Repository screen, Ubuntu will update your Repository Software List. Click ‘Reload‘ to start the downloading process.
Downloading package information from Cairo-Dock repository.

Before we start to installation, I suggest you to update your system first.
