The Faggio in GTA V has a classic design with an updated appearance, featuring a slightly larger front fender with silver trim and a thinner set of handlebars that house a single headlamp and analog dial. It is based on the Vespa and Piaggio.
The vehicle has a black rubber-finished flat floor mat, a foot brake on the right side, and a rear section that is mostly identical to its previous iterations, with a single red tail light, small number plate, and curved exhaust tube.
The vehicle may spawn with exotic seat covers in purple velvet, or with leopard or zebra skin patterns, and it uses a set of plain rims with rivet details around, wrapped in medium-profile tyres. It has two small foot pegs for the passenger.
The Faggio's performance is underwhelming when compared to previous versions. Although acceleration is average, its weak engine results in a mediocre top speed and insufficient torque to climb inclines. While handling is precise, it is unstable at high speeds, and its open air design leaves the player vulnerable to gunfire.
The bike is only suitable for cruising on even roads and should not be used as a getaway vehicle unless narrow pathways are available. However, a wheelie can increase RPMs and allow the Faggio to reach over 100 mph. Its single-cylinder engine emits an electrical sound, despite having a CVT, 3-speed gearbox.

The Faggio's poor performance in GTA V is likely an accurate representation of its real-life counterpart. The classic Vespa is widely known for its heavy weight, resulting in sluggish acceleration and it takes a long time to reach high speeds, however it makes up with better handling and durability.
In GTA Online, it can be selected in a race as a Utility vehicle despite being a motorcycle, most likely due to its poor performance.
