We are very unhappy with this laminator. The roller bars on the back are so tight that it continually bunches up our laminate. The top roller that holds laminate will indiscriminately stop for no reason. Defective machine or are they all this bad? We have yet to laminate anything properly. The manual is not helpful, nor were the YouTube videos... There is no speed control (only one speed) and the tension is a guessing game as the two knobs have no real markers and it is next to impossible to gage where the tension should be. When returned. they charged over $300 as a restocking fee!!!
