Styling Tips • For faster results, towel dry hair to remove excess water, then run a comb through damp hair to detangle for best results. • Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet and adjust the switch to the selected setting. Use the LOW setting on fine or thin hair and the HIGH setting on thick and coarse hair. Use the COOL setting to lock in the style. • Separate hair into manageable sections. • For smooth blowouts, place the dryer close to the roots and brush down toward the ends. The mixed Nylon-pin with rounded tips quickly detangle, while tufted bristles with boar technology gently grip hair to smooth and promote shine. • For voluminous blowouts, place the dryer under the hair close to the roots and roll outward to the ends. For extra lift at the roots, hold the dryer for 2 to 3 seconds under the roots. • To curl ends IN, place the dryer UNDER the ends and hold or 2 to 3 seconds before rotating inward. To curl ends OUT, place the dryer OVER the ends and hold for 2 to 3 seconds before rotating outward. • Repeat on remaining sections until hair has been dried into luxurious, voluminous styles. • When drying is complete, wait for the dryer to cool before storing. Do not wrap the cord around the dryer.

WOW! I read ALLLL the reviews and I looked at this for a LONG time before purchasing. I’m 100% tomboy and totally not a girly-girl. I have super thick curly hair (see before photo) and it’s dry like a horse’s mane. I never style it because it takes an hour and a half to 2 hours between blow drier, flat iron and curling iron and I am NOT that girl. Enter this Revlon One step tool….1- I read all the negative reviews and listened to my hair dresser who warned me about the high setting causing hair breakage – I use low setting most of the time, high only on the problem areas and then finish on the cool setting. (Photo #2 result)2- I used a thermal protectant before I started plus used a homemade Argan and lavender oil after I was done.3- Smaller sections for me worked betterFinished with a curling iron (Photo #3 final result)4- I clean it after every use just like my hairbrush but I have a TON of hair and I clean my brush and this tool after every use. On average, you lose 100 hairs per day and if you only wash your hair 2-3 times per week like me, when you brush, you naturally have a lot of hair in there. I think keeping it clean will help the drier continue to work well without blockage and make it last longer.5- i did not find it heavy or cumbersome.This look took me 30-40 minutes. It was amazing!! The only thing I need to do now is find a finishing hair spray to help it hold. I’m sold though! I won’t do this all the time but no more paying $100 at the blowout bar on special occasions. This was so easy, I expect to do it a few times a month when we are doing out or something and I want a different look from my wild-looks-like-i-just-got-out-of-bed usual hair.I’d highly recommend this tool just be careful with the high setting.

It is lighter than a traditional hair dryer. It straightens, so it can replace a straightener. It just doesn't have enough power compared to a regular dryer so it takes longer to dry.

However, I am always impatient at drying anyway. This tool is PERFECT for touching up second day hair, or fixing air dried crazy hair that makes it look like a blow out (which is how I use it). Basically I let my hair dry naturally with no product or styling and then once it is dry, a 10 minute session with this tool and it looks like a fresh blow out. Using it in this sense makes it faster and better than a straightener, and you get the same end result.

My only downside is that the power isn't as good as a hairdryer, so if you are needing freshly blow dried hair, use your dryer. However for straightening dry hair, I think I will be using this from now on. It adds a touch of body so it isn't flat, and makes it look like a blow out every time. 10/10 would recommend it for this purpose.

I liked this brush very much but somehow it did not last long, I use it once a week because I only wash my hair once a week and this weekend it blew up on me. high pitched noise and boom done mid hair too. This one did not last as long as my drybar one, 8 months is not long I am wondering if it is still under warranty.

This is a great item. My wife loves it. Easy to use, great for styling hair and quick to dry hair. Only problem is my daughters keep taking it from her because they love it too! Well worth the money!
