Pisside “Torah” Maranatha Lab (art.2594)
Maranatha Lab’s pisside “Torah” is a liturgical vase made of brass fusion in modern style with stylized and essential lines.
The pisside has a very minimal line and is made singular by the satin processing performed on the lid, cup, handle and base. The floral patterned cantilevered chiseled decorations finished in the silver bathroom contrast elegantly with the golden background. They are enclosed in a Greek band performed on the lid, cup and base.
Chiseling is a process generally performed on precious metals. It consists in the cold plastic deformation of the metal performed with the chisel. It produces a detecting process, made with engravings and changes.
Its sobriety makes it suitable for ordinary liturgies but also for solemn ones.
The inside of the cup is finished with a gilding.
