*The swimming pool and the pool deck will be closed until at least June 1, 2024. The wall next to the pool will be under construction for that period of time. The balcony will not be accessible due to the scaffolding staging. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association. This colorful rental offers spectacular views of the pool and the adjacent white, sandy beaches from its spacious, furnished balcony. Enjoy comfortable furnishings throughout, a well-equipped, full kitchen, and cooling, central air-conditioning. You will also have access to a gorgeous bi-level swimming pool, sundeck, fitness center, and activity room, as well as easy access to the beach. Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants. For all-ages fun visit Shipwreck Island Waterpark, located just across the street, as well as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not!, just two miles east.
