Burrata And Chards Ravioli With Three-Tomato Sauce

Burrata And Chards Ravioli With Three-Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Burrata And Chards Ravioli
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 150 g Italian tomato sauce
  • 60 g Datterino tomatoes
  • 30 g dried tomatoes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil leaves

DIRECTIONS

Drizzle some oil in a frying pan, heat the crushed garlic in it, add the chopped Datterino tomatoes and toss together. 

Pour in the Italian tomato sauce and the semi-dry tomatoes. Cook over a low heat for 2-3 minutes. 

Cook the ravioli, following the instructions on the packet. 

Serve the ravioli with the three-tomato sauce, decorate with fresh basil leaves.
