5 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, the climbing frame arrived much later than described. It looks very well assembled and is of good quality. Unfortunately I had to pay an ADDITIONAL 20€ for shipping even though this wasn't so clear beforehand.

Today, after a somewhat long wait, the “indoor playground” arrived. Of course we set it up straight away and are thrilled! All pre-drilled holes match, the wood is cleanly painted and when assembled it makes a very solid impression. Nothing stands in the way of climbing and playing fun. I deducted one star because the delivery took significantly longer than stated, although the sender probably can't do anything about it because, according to the tracking, the package was alone in customs for 8 days, and because a ribbon on the upholstery was not sewn properly and when tied has been torn down. That's a shame, but we are still thrilled and would buy the product again. I read in reviews that a few screws were missing. This was not the case for us, quite the opposite.

Very good customer service. Fast, friendly and customer-oriented. A part was missing from delivery. However, the missing part was delivered immediately and without any problems.
