1. Just send us your photo through etsy and a message sharing any ideas you may have (size, cropping, background, a specific date when you need it, etc...).
2. Then choose the item in our shop that defines style you would like. There are different styles with different prices on our Etsy shop. It depends on who painted the portrait for you.
3. After you pay 100% payment of portrait and finalize the photo, we will start to paint.
4. When your portrait is finished I will send you a photo of it for your approval. Then your work of art gets shipped to you.

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any canvas painting.
Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting:
If over the years you notice that your canvas is starting to loosen up and sag, you can try the following:
Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries.
Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.
