If you want to replace the font from the artwork purchased, with another one you might like from my other listings, please send me a message and I will use that font for you. If you have another font preference let me know and I will use it only if I own it already.
I will upload the proof through Etsy and I will wait for your approval.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- 1 JPEG file at 300dpi resolution, CMYK colors, with crop marks for A4 or US Letter size, depending on your location.
- 1 PDF with crop marks for A4 or US Letter size, depending on your location.
Because not all frames are the same, before you trim the paper, check the dimensions of the frame you want to use and be sure that the opening mat (if you are using a mat to mount the artwork) will be fully covered with your print.
For frames that don't have a mat, the 8''x10'' artwork will fit perfectly, you would only need to adjust the height of the print.

HOW CUSTOMIZATION WORKS:
1) Enter the names, hairstyles, and skin colors in the customization field, above the Add To Cart button. I have 3 skin colors available: Fair (Pale), Tan, and Brown.
2) 2 adjustments are included in the price of the listing purchased. Example of adjustments: changing the color of 2 items, ex. pants, boots, heels, jacket, skirt, or dress.
Another example of adjustment is reducing or increasing the height of the characters. Changing the color of sneakers or sport shoes is not included here.

Which quantity to choose? Equal with the number of changes or adjustments you are asking for.
3) After you placed the order, please send me a message, in order to be familiar with the place where I will upload the proof, for your approval. You can ask for two changes or adjustments for free. Everything on top of two changes will be paid separately.
Keep in mind that the colors of the artwork you see on your screen may vary slightly after printing because the settings of the colors on your screen and printed colors are not the same (RGB vs CMYK).
Because it is a digital file, don't expect any shipping, you will not receive anything by mail.
AFTER DOWNLOADING THE FILES:
• If you are using your own printer, select "high quality" from the printer's preferences and choose the right paper type from the drop-down option.
• The paper type can be: plain, photo paper (glossy, semigloss, matte etc).
• For the quality of the prints, choosing the right settings is very important.
• The weight of the paper must be between 250 and 300 gsm (100-110 lb) for better results and using matte photo paper will produce beautiful prints.
• You can also print the artwork at any print shops you will find around, just make sure to ask for the right paper to be used for the best quality, according to your needs and preferences.
