We use USPS to ship out all orders.

**Due to the unique creation of these prints, and because we print them as ordered, we do not accept returns for “not wanted” product.**

However, if you receive your product damaged, let us know and we’ll be happy to quickly resolve the issue. Please send pictures of the damage to the shipping envelope or tube as well as a picture of the damage to your print.

In an effort to quickly process your orders, we print new orders right away. If you placed the order by mistake, you can send us a request to cancel the order. However, if the order has been printed, we will not be able to cancel it.

I'd like to say that it was because I love creating art for its own sake (and there is truth to that statement), but the reality is that my shop was created because I needed to generate extra income to help pay for the medical expenses of my wife and 5-year-old son. My wife and son are Type 1 Diabetic and our insurance won't pay for his medical supplies.

My wife also has Ulcerative Colitis, Lyme's Disease, and Cancer.It's been an interesting life for our family. So, I started this shop to make some extra money to help pay for all of these expenses, but I wanted to do something that I loved. And I'm a geek. So, I created a shop for geeks like me. And I hope that they will enjoy the gifts I create for all our geeky brethren.

I love art prints, it is where I started my business and always going to be central to my shop! My art prints are printed on high-quality giclee, archival paper with pigment-based inks that can last up to 200 years before fading. So, technically the prints could become family heirlooms for your children's children's children's children. I don't expect them to be used that long, but you could if you wanted to!

Additionally, it is important to note that I do not include frames in any of my art print listings. I ship out all of my art prints in either flat, rigid mailers or 3" mailing tubes to ensure their safe delivery. If any damage occurs, just let me know and I'll be happy to send out a replacement.

here are two reasons. First, it is very expensive to ship a frame safely. The cost of the box, padding, and actual shipping cost would raise the cost of my art prints significantly.
 
Second, I believe that you should pick out a frame that fits your home's aesthetic better than the generic frames I'd have to include in my listings.

As a general rule, I can process all orders within 1 business day and I send out all orders, with standard shipping, via USPS 1st Class Mail. First Class Mail is usually delivered in 1-5 days depending on how close the shipping destination is to me. I'd say that a majority of customers receive their orders around 4-5 days after they place their orders.
