Italian Actress. She began her career as showgirl in 1944 and as stage actress in 1946 in Jean Cocteau's comedy "I Parenti Terribili." Prolific actress in several motion pictures from 1945 to 1983, she is best remembered for her films: "Che Tempi!" (1948), Edward Dmytryk's film "Give Us This Day" (1949), "Atto d'accusa" (1951), "Roma ore 11" (1952), "Una di quelle" (1953), "Il Seduttore" (1954), "La Contessa di Castiglione" (1955) with Yvonne De Carlo, "La Noia" (1963) with Bette Davis. From 1955 she appeared in several TV series: "Piccole Donne" (1955), "Il Romanzo di un Giovane Povero" (1957), "Ottocento" (1959). In 1954 she win the Special Silver Ribbon for the her stage performance.
