Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: 13+
  • Health limitations: Tours are not advised for pregnant women.
  • Physical limitations: Must be able to ride a bike on a leisurely downhill ride for approximately 20 miles.
  • Experience level: All levels welcome.

 

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: Any child under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Dietary restrictions: The tour provider can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please make note at the time of booking.
  • Languages: Tours are offered in English.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 6 hours with approximately 2.5 hours of mountain biking
  • What’s included: 
    • Door-to-door transportation
    • Modern full-suspension Giant/Liv bike
    • Protective equipment (helmet, gloves, elbow/knee pads)
    • Personal local guide
    • Tour of Snoqualmie Pass
    • Snacks and water
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as up to 9 total participants. The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to run. 
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged! Your tour guide will also share photos that they take during the tour. 
  • Specific rules to follow: All rules will be explained at the start of the tour.

 

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at the pickup location 10 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: There will be parking available at the pickup location. 
  • What to wear: Comfortable exercise/cycling clothing appropriate for the weather conditions and closed toe sneakers or cycling shoes. 
  • What to bring:
    • Sunglasses and sunscreen
    • Gratuity for your guide is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience. Suggested gratuity is $35 - $45 per person.
  • Restrooms: Restroom breaks will be provided on the tour.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
