Sunny Leone, born Karenjit Kaur Vohra, adopted the stage name 'Sunny Leone before entering the adult industry. On May 13, 1981, the actress was born in a Punjabi family in Ontario, Canada. Her mother, who was born in Himachal Pradesh and lived in Delhi, and her father, who was born in Tibet and raised in Delhi, are both Tibetans. Sunny's family moved from Fort Gratiot, Michigan, to Lake Forest, California, when she was 13 years old. They moved in with her grandparents a year later.
