Rifugio Magnolini

Historic refuge of the CAI section of Lovere, the Magnolini refuge is the ideal arrival point to enjoy the view of Lake Iseo from Monte Alto and the view of the Presolana.

Among the many "refuges" (Termen, Pora, Pian Palù) of the Pora plateau, the Magnolini is the only refuge worthy of the name.
Open mostly on weekends and in August it is in a privileged position for both hikers and skiers.
In a short time you can reach both the Madonna delle Nevi church and the overhanging Monte Alto.

Very friendly service and very good polenta. You can sit inside or outside.
We started at the hiking car park above Ceratello and had reached the rifugio on foot after 800 meters and 2 1/2 hours.
