Aloe Arborescens ~ 200% Richer In Medicinal Properties Than Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera)

Every time I mention Aloe, people always say Aloe vera! This is a remarkable marketing job done by the very lucrative Aloe vera industry...

Personally, I have worked with Aloe arborescens both internally (as a daily tonic) and externally (for hair conditioning, sunburn and wound care). I have sliced pieces of aloe arborescens and placed them onto wounds and burns overnight, and watched with amazement at how this plant heals. Of all the natural plant medicines I have ever worked with, I find Aloe arborescens to be a true miracle plant. 

From a scientific perspective, research from the Palatini Institute in Salzano, Venice, Italy, revealed that Aloe Arborescens is 200% richer in medicinal properties than Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera).

The most impressive case study of the miraculous nature of Aloe arborescens comes from the role that it played in the aftermath of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings, one of the most devastating events in human history. With the the cities' medical supplies decimated and survivors suffering from violent radiation burns, the sap of the arborescens provided vital and immediate pain relief. 

Much of the popular use of Aloe arboescens seems to stem from Mahatma Ghandi claiming it to be a miracle of nature that helped him survive his hunger strikes. Another spiritual figure who praised Aloe arborescens and considered it a miracle from God was the Brazilian priest, Father Romano Zago, who dedicated his life to healing with Aloe arborescens, and published a book called ‘Cancer Can Be Cured!’ which details several cases of his treatments using Aloe arborescens in treating and healing various forms of cancer, including prostate cancer. 

Plants are mysterious things. As a herbalist, I believe that the plant kingdom contains every medicine ever required by humanity. I would love to see more people using and benefitting form the miraculous healing properties of Aloe arborescens in years to come.
