Lathyrus latifolius, Perennial Sweet Pea

30 seeds. Lathyrus latifolius. Zones 5-9. Perennial.

Lathyrus latifolious is a vigorous vining perennial with cascades of pink flowers in the summer. It is often found growing in old gardens and along ditches. For small and large gardens alike, it makes a great container plant. Its vigorous nature and spreading roots makes it hard to get rid of if you change your mind, so be prepared to deadhead the flowers if you would like to keep it from self-sowing. Perennial Sweet Peas look lovely along trellises and fences.

Our seeds are from pink flowering plants, but you might also find rare white flowering plants in the mix. Also known as Perennial Sweet Pea, Everlasting Pea, and Perennial Pea. Hardy in zones 5 through 9.

Spacing 6 inches. Height 5 feet.
