Fuimos recibidos por Guillermo, nunca nos indico funcionamiento del hotel, nos mando a buscar nuestra habitacion, nunca una sonrisa de bienvenida :( El hotel en ningun area tiene musica, no hay servicio en la playa pues uno tiene que ir a buscarlo hacia adentro. nunca doy malos comentarios para no afectar a los empleados pero no nos sentimos felices aqui, la estancia se nos hizo larga para irnos de ahi. Amo Cuba!

Reservations to the à la carte restaurants are made with Customer Service and are planned in some cases upon the arrival of customers. Dont have any incident that the planned days of the restaurant did not work and it would have been important that he had communicated his complaint while he was at our hotel to have helped him.
