The process for purchasing the set of stairs was quite easy. The quality of all of the materials that came with the stair was top notch. Installation was easy considering the weight and height of the staircase. I highly recommend Paragon Stairs and their products.

Their help in the design process cannot be overstated. I would have made several mistakes without the guidance of their designer. I have not installed the staircase yet due to time constraints and the remote location of the cabin it is intended for. I have however received the kit and the quality looks and feels very good. I don’t expect any issues whatsoever with the installation.
Update : Finally got enough time off to go install the staircase. Very pleased. Looks great and feels solid, like movement, flex, sway, nothing. Absolutely would buy from them again.
