Klutzy Susan is divorced and the mother of teenage Julie. Lynette is married to Tom and the frazzled mother of four rambunctious children. Audience Member I've always hated Susan for being a massive dumbf*ck and never thought she could get any worse but oh my. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Definitely an improvement over last year, season six brings new hope for a series that could've ended up repeating season five's fate. An interesting season that makes most plots work and keeps you watching, season six is still not flawless. In season six, there are three types of episodes: the ones that could have been better, the good ones and the amazing ones. Honestly, despite not quite ranking in my top five seasons, season six is amazing. The highest highs of this season were definitely the mysteries, and after a season with a rather disappointing one, it works that kuch better. That's not to say season six was without any lows. Storylines such as Bree trying to rekindle her relationship with Orson didn't fare quite well and the whole Gaby-Lynette-Carlos fiasco that went down at the middle of the season, was not needed at all. That and the slow (but good) mystery aside, season six was yet another success in Desperate Housewives. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Dorothy Rabinowitz Wall Street Journal It's a compelling dish whose impressive cast and steamily inventive, if absurd, plot lines bring the residents of Wisteria Lane to hysterical life week after week. Jan 17, 2020 Full Review Jonathan Wright Guardian On current form, there's no better show on earth to tackle such a hoary story and spin it in unexpected ways while still wringing real emotion from the scenario. Sep 21, 2018 Full Review Tanner Stransky Entertainment Weekly After a season that was undoubtedly rocky - a rollercoaster ride through a mix of good and bad storylines - the minds behind Desperate Housewives managed to put together a season finale that was rather action-packed and full of drama. Sep 20, 2018 Full Review Matt Richenthal TV Fanatic Overall, this episode was a good wrap up for the season, but left us a bit uninterested with what to expect for next season. Rated: 4/5 Jan 21, 2020 Full Review Michael Abernethy PopMatters The sixth season was a mixed bag, displaying the goofy, playful side of the housewives and their spouses alongside dramas focused on everyday issues rather than outrageous subterfuge and unlikely events. Rated: 7/10 Sep 21, 2018 Full Review Kevin Carr 7M Pictures The other real problem I have with the show is the overdone introduction of a new housewife on Wisteria Lane.
