1. Adriana Lima

Holding the record for the most Victoria’s Secret shows, Adriana Lima, 42, officially became an Angel in 2000. She was known for her stunning presence in the brand’s annual fashion shows.

Lima parted ways with Victoria’s Secret in 2018 after considering the impact of her work on societal perceptions of body image and beauty standards, according to The List.

She’s continued to engage in various projects – in 2023, she rejoined Victoria’s Secret as the face of its new Heavenly Eau de Parfum campaign. Additionally, the Brazilian model became Fifa’s first global fan ambassador while parenting her children.

2. Tyra Banks

A trailblazer in the modelling world, Tyra Banks, 50, was one of the first prominent African-American Victoria’s Secret Angels in 1995. Her tenure as an Angel lasted for a decade, ending in 2005, as she sought to explore new avenues and opportunities beyond modelling.

She has since become a television personality, hosting and producing the reality TV show America’s Next Top Model. She has also vocally supported the evolution of the fashion industry towards greater inclusivity and diversity, expressing excitement for Victoria’s Secret’s shift from Angels to the VS Collective, a diverse group championing positive change.

3. Gisele Bündchen

Gisele Bündchen, 43, became an Angel in 1999 and continued until 2006. Her decision to step away was influenced by a growing discomfort with modelling lingerie and a desire to focus on other aspects of her life and career, per StyleCaster.

She officially retired from the runway in 2015 after walking in the Colcci show during Sao Paulo Fashion Week. Since then, Bündchen has been involved in humanitarian and environmental work, driven by her passion to make a positive impact on the world. 4. Heidi Klum

In her post-Victoria’s Secret life, Klum has remained a significant figure in the fashion and entertainment industries. She cemented her authority in the industry as the host, judge and executive producer of Project Runway, and has since also served as a judge on other television shows like Germany’s Next Topmodel and Making the Cut.

5. Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr, 40, became the first Australian Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2007, a significant milestone in her modelling career. In 2013, Kerr chose not to renew her contract with Victoria’s Secret, explaining that her busy schedule was the primary reason for stepping away, per Business Insider.

After hanging up her Angel’s wings, Kerr married Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel in 2017, with whom she has two children. She’s also been active in her entrepreneurial ambitions, particularly with her skincare line, Kora Organics, which she expanded to the US market in 2017.

6. Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra Ambrosio, 42, began her journey as a Victoria’s Secret Angel in 2005 and made a significant impact during her 12-year journey with the brand. She announced her retirement from Victoria’s Secret in 2017, marking the end of an illustrious chapter in her modelling career.
