Chris O’Donnell

Chris O'Donnell is currently the Founder of O'Donnell Consulting LLC (9/15-Present). Prior to this, he was a Partner at Neptune Strategy (April 2013 – November 2015). Neptune is an advisory firm that integrates consulting services, proprietary research, and programmatic & policy analysis to identify risk and opportunity upstream of the competition.

A former CEO, president, and entrepreneur, Chris has extensive executive, operational, and international experience. After service as a U.S. Navy Officer - in Special Warfare and the Pentagon - he led military and law enforcement product development, sales and marketing efforts with Leupold & Stevens. Later, with The O'Gara Group, Chris led strategic development efforts and then headed the Mobile Systems Division before launching a start-up M&A support firm, Northstar Defense. Prior to joining Neptune, he was President and CEO of Wamar Technologies, growing revenues over 200% and expanding their defense & security products into international and commercial markets.
