Learning outcomes:
- Students will be able to define user-generated content (UGC) and explain its importance in social media marketing.
- Students will understand the benefits of UGC for brands, including increased authenticity, customer engagement, and cost-effectiveness.
- Students will be able to identify and describe successful UGC campaigns and understand the importance of clear goals, community-building, and appreciation for UGC contributors in these campaigns.
- Students will solve a riddle and word puzzle related to user-generated content (UGC) along with a set of questions.
- An answer key is provided.
