Arrival just before 9 at night, first impressions wasn’t good.. went to Ali-Bi restaurant just under reception It was due to close - these was cold chips rice and steak and gravy. We thought it looked like it needed a good clean to be honest. The steak we couldn’t eat it. Tough as old boots. Any way in the morning our first breakfast we went to Mediterranean restaurant… it’s was very nice Freshly baked bread, fresh waffles, omelettes, and eggs.. Loved it so much we had every meal here. The staff absolutely great couldn’t do enough for us. Especially Mohamed Reda Our Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday These was blood on my bed sheet the first night - not from me. So I took it off and it was changed the next morning. My friend was asked for €10 euros off Karem Mobarak. When she said she didn’t have any euro he then went to another table and asked other guess… I took a photo of his name badge. Needless to say he wasn’t happy. We had a problem getting into our room the cards just wouldn’t work 4 days out of 5 They told us we are keeping them near our phones We had a card done at reception left it in the cardboard holder, went straight to our room and it wouldn’t work… we were told they would get someone to fix it. But it was never repaired. Lobby bar staff were incredible. Cocktail was stunning. I would say to people staying at this hotel to be mindful of the staff.. working long hours and high temperatures.. we got some staff Pepsi. These enough waste in the all inclusive. So please be kind to the staff. Last thing I’ve never stayed anywhere with such rude people who never smile and never say Thank you to the staff….

The Hotel us very nice. Every day your room is cleaned with new towels and water. We had one room for the four off us, so not a dirrent place for the kids. This was not that bad because your are only to sleep. There are peiple that are selling trips, the jeepsafari but that was a bit of dissapointment not safe and not as promissed. The entertainment is fun! Missing tsaziki saus and feta cheese during lunch and dinner but that is only a tip not that terrible All in all love it

it’s a really nice place with such a nice staff and everything is here including luxuries to all casual stuff we have enjoyed the entertainment program so much and the activities the restaurants are so fansy, the food is really delicious and tasty so nice place to recommend

Good hotel with a full day entertainment program for young and old. Everyone was very happy and friendly. Also the food was amazing and very fresh. The sweets were sooo nice!! The housekeeper in this hotel made a good job in all areas were it really clean. I will recommend it to my friends

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the airport. Enjoyed the Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very clean and fabulous, all stuff where very friendly and helpful I enjoyed all my staying

Pickalbatros hotel exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the stunning lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service. The luxurious rooms were beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views. The dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with an array of delectable options. The staff's attention to detail and genuine warmth made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. I can't recommend this hotel enough for an unforgettable and indulgent experience.

The resort it is really 5 stars. The receptian was so fast to done with our check in and rooms are fantastic we love it sp much gere BUT, lbrahim and his animation team, are AMAZING. they make you feel happy day by day. All the services are good, and the staff give the best for the guests

My whole family agreed this was an excellent holiday to remember. The hospitality was outstanding. Everything I ate was fresh, vibrant and delicious. Some of us had spa treatments these were amazing. Others in the family preferred to go on the excursions. A chilled yoga session hit the spot and we had family games that were fun. We were even invited back for another game of darts despite my own unusual throwing technique ! Brilliant Fun. We highly recommend this resort.
