Synopsis. When an NCIS Special Agent is murdered while on assignment aboard, the OSP team investigate and discover that the group responsible for his death is are targeting a seemingly ordinary housewife who lives in downtown Los Angeles with the team soon learning that the housewife is hiding a dark secret.
