Synopsis. While on his jetski, a man who is originally from North Korea is shot dead and the OSP team fear that the victim's classified secrets may have been lost but everything changes when the team discover a suspect: North Korean assassin, Lee Wuan Kai who appears to have a history with NCIS Director Leon Vance.
