She's okay but doesn't think she has anything to live for. With the Cheerios out of competition, she has nothing to do.
Sam has asked Quinn out on a date to a paint-your-own-pottery place. She told him she got mono from Finn after giving him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Sam believes her.
Sam thinks that he's losing Quinn and, in an effort to get her back, is going to "rock and roll." He's started a one-man band called The Justin Bieber Experience. Not to mention Puck is still trying to get Lauren's attention. Finn overhears this and tells them he thinks Bieber is lame.

With help from Puck and a few girls, Lauren sings "I Know What Boys Like." After moments of nerves, she follows Puck's advice and lets her hair down for a rousing performance. Puck loved it.

Sue leads the Glee kids in a performance of "Sing" by My Chemical Romance.
Afterwards, Sam abruptly breaks up with Quinn. He tells her the reason is that she can't look him in the eye and say she didn't make out with Finn. He is now going out with Santana.
Rachel tells Will and the rest of the gang that My Chemical Romance isn't strong enough for regionals and thinks they should do an original song. He puts it to a vote and nobody goes with Rachel.
