– Why does one part of former Soviet states (Karabakh, Abkhazia, Ossetia, еtс) are self-proclaimed nations, while others (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, etc) are not?
– Because Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, etc were proclaimed by Political Bureau of Communist Party of USSR in Moscow, not by their nations)))
