Original olive cloth with gilt lettering and black and silver Art Deco decoration. Flower patterned endpapers. Top edge gilt. Previous owner's name. Spine is badly faded. Wear to cloth at top and bottom of spine. Back cover is wrinkled at bottom corner. Print is only on right hand side of pages (left pages blank). There are two sections to the book: The Rime of the Ancient Mariner, which has drawings on every page, and several black and white plates by Dore: and a section in the back called "Favorite Poems" which is an unillustrated anthology of various poets' work.
