I just purchased a few different grays anatomy scrub pieces. I am 5'4" and 135 lbs with shorter legs, and the medium petites, while the correct length, were quite baggy, so I am going to return. I like that they do have one back pocket, however. There is a wide elastic part on the back of the waist band and the front of the waistband has an inside drawstring but is not elastic. The legs flare a bit, and have a notch on the side. I will try the small petite and hope for the best. I got another pair of GA scrub pants (another style - 3 pocket knit waist cargo) in small (not petite) that fit beautifully and are very slimming - just wish they had a back pocket.

It is true, these pants are incredibly soft and really do look like dress pants, not scrubs, but feel comfy. I am a size 16 top 18 bottom, usually wear an XL in dresses, so I ordered the XL Petite (I am 5ft). The pants are SUPER long, but that is normal, even when I purchase petite clothing. But, I have very large hips/butt and the length of the pants from the crotch to the waist band is really short. When they are pulled all teh way on, the waist band is 2"below my belly button and the crotch area is pulled ALL the way up....I am used to my pants, especially legging ish material (not jeans) to be a bit higher on the waist.

Huge upgrade from campus store pants

After dealing with the campus store pants--poor quality & limited movement--I went looking for a flattering scrub bottom that would be better suited to clinicals. These are great and resemble the pockets of the pants I was "supposed" to buy from the campus store but they're 1000x better. Comfortable all day and no wrinkles so far. The waist fits well with the inner drawstring. My only wish is that there was at least one super pocket on the leg. Just had to get them hemmed, I'm 5'4.

My new favorite scrub pants

I love these a lot and will be buying more on different colors. I love all the different color options but the heathered look is by far my personal favorite. I am between a small and a medium and got a medium. They fit a little big but didn't shrink as much in in the wash as I expected. I may try getting a small next time to see if I like that fit better. I'm 5'5" and 150ish and the mediums a have a loose fit, not sloppy looking but they drag a little on the ground and are roomy in the thigh area.

WAY too long and wide at bottom. I don’t know who these could fit. Waist was the right size, but the rest is huge. I didn’t return them in time, and I’ve been trying to give them away to someone at work, but nobody has a body that would fit these. Not happy at all. Grey’s Anatomy scrubs normally fit nicely. I suppose, if you have a narrow waist, big legs, and your taller than 5’ 8”, these might fit you.
