...si percepisce immediatamente che si tratta di ricette di alta cucina. Il problema è che per realizzare alcuni piatti è richiesta una buona base di partenza, un'ottima conoscenza delle preparazioni base. in poche parole...chi non ha mai cucinato lo può utilizzare come ferma porte.
