This is a signed 2nd printing. It is not inscribed, signed name and 2007. I have rated this as Very Good instead of like new. There are no tears on the book jacket, but there is a consistent yellow line down the right side of the book jacket. I am not sure if this is a part of this rare book, or fading from shelf wear. ...si percepisce immediatamente che si tratta di ricette di alta cucina. Il problema è che per realizzare alcuni piatti è richiesta una buona base di partenza, un'ottima conoscenza delle preparazioni base. in poche parole...chi non ha mai cucinato lo può utilizzare come ferma porte.
