This is by far my favorite! I've purchased three wall pilates books before, but none of them hit the mark. This one stands out with its full-color pages, clear images, and thorough explanations. What truly sets it apart is the inclusion of a QR code for EVERY exercise, allowing you to easily check the execution. And the 28-day challenge is a fantastic addition. I can truly feel my body improving with wall pilates.

I was on a mission to find a way to work out at home without dealing with the gym hassle. I had already tried a couple different Pilates books before, but they were unclear and a mess overall. This one is clear and concise with very descriptive with instructions and has colored photos to help guide you!

One bonus that I really enjoyed is that each exercise has its own QR code. When scan it with your phone, you get directed to a how-to video that helps guide you step by step. I travel a lot for work, so having this guide to help me do some workouts while on the road has been super helpful. I’m halfway through the 28-day challenge and I’m definitely considering doing it again-but with my friends to give myself some competition! It’s a motivating guide and would definitely recommend to anyone starting their Pilates journey!

A fantastic book on wall pilates, written clearly and comprehensively. The 28-day challenge included is particularly engaging. Since completing this book, I've been continuing my workouts independently and I'm seeing excellent results. I feel really good.

Lovely book, very well-written, and beautifully designed. It's fresh, straight to the point, and tells you exactly what to do. I loved the QR code to check the video of the exercise execution. Seriously, a great purchase if you are interested in wall pilates!
