This 1990 edition has been the best fitting saddle for my particular anatomy since my first purchase of the saddle when they first came out. I have tried other saddles but for all of their improvements, I keep coming back to this particular saddle design.

The saddles are notoriously durable too. Each of my earlier Flite saddles lasted tens of thousands of riding miles (and a few crashes) before finally needing replacement. I am just grateful that Selle Italia still makes this model for those of us riders who like to stick with what works.

Sad , I don't think this paper thin "leather" will last as long compared to the one I have had for decades.
It wrinkles if pushed on , unlike the one made in '97. I sent it back after one ride.
