After a “too” long break, the end-of-year dinner is back at the restaurant of Ciccio Sultano. It’s a happy occasion to enjoy Sultano’s cuisine, which could be best described as intense because of the flavours and surprising for the intertwining of the ingredients. The menu will entail an unforgettable journey, from the experience of the carnification of the fish with the “albacore steak, duck ham, mushrooms and pomegranate sauce”, to the original “skewered memories”, passing through the Nero Sicilian pig, persimmon, lentils and white truffle and the timeless “truffle ice cream”.
