2016 marks 10 years since Ugly Betty first graced our TV screens, allowing us to follow the titular not-ugly-whatsoever-she-just-has-braces-and-glasses Betty on her journey in the cutthroat world that was Mode magazine.

It quickly became one of the world's most-loved shows thanks to its star roster including Vanessa Williams and Ashley Jensen. But what have the main cast been up to since the show ended six years ago?

1. America Ferrera (Betty)

While Betty is still her most high-profile role, America has remained very busy over the past six years - most notably voicing Astrid in the How To Train Your Dragon franchise and recently appearing alongside Ricky Gervais in his Special Correspondents movie. She currently has the main role in NBC sitcom Superstore, and she made her West End debut as Roxie in Chicago in late 2011.

She married her actor and director boyfriend Ryan Piers Williams in 2011, and she graduated from USC with a bachelor's degree in international relations in 2013 (it took her 10 years to complete due to all that acting).

2. Mark Indelicato (Justin)

Mark took a break from acting after playing Betty's fabulous nephew Justin, and studied International Relations and Gender Studies at NYU Gallatin. During his time there, his studies saw him complete a semester-long internship at the Clinton Global Initiative. He recently returned to showbiz, appearing as a main cast member in the Freeform drama Dead of Summer.

3. Eric Mabius (Daniel)

Since playing Betty's boss, Eric's most notable role has been the BBC One sci-fi drama Outcasts in 2011 alongside the likes of Game of Thrones actor Liam Cunningham. He currently appears in the Hallmark Channel romcom series Signed, Sealed, Delivered, and has featured in several episodes of Chicago Fire recently.

4. Vanessa L Williams (Wilhelmina)

The singer and former Miss America had a huge career resurgence thanks to the queen B of UB. She has stayed very busy since it ended in TV and theatre, and very quickly landed the role of Renee in Desperate Housewives' final two seasons. She's also featured in The Good Wife and the short-lived 666 Park Avenue opposite Terry O'Quinn (aka Locke from Lost)

Vanessa married her third husband, businessman Jim Skrip, in 2015. After being told to step down as Miss America when Penthouse published unauthorised nude photos of her in 1984, the Miss America Organization finally gave Vanessa a public apology at this year's pageant, where she was appearing as head judge. It only took 32 years.

5. Michael Urie (Marc)

Since playing Wilhelmina's loyal subject Marc St James, Michael has been up to all sorts. He has made his Broadway debut, and took his one-man-show Buyer and Cellar to the UK in 2015. He directed the movie He's Way More Famous Than You (reuniting with Williams) in 2013, and featured in several episodes of The Good Wife from 2014. He also appeared as a guest judge on RuPaul's Drag Race last year.

We spoke to Michael last year, and he said of a potential Ugly Betty reunion: "I hope [it happens]. If the fans keep asking, and I can't imagine they're being ignored, it would be cool. If not a movie, then a reunion season."

6. Tony Plaza (Ignacio)

The veteran TV and theatre actor and director hasn't slowed down since UB ended. He joined Desperate Housewives for a story arc in 2011, and has had regular roles in Alpha HouseThe Fosters and Madam Secretary. Oh, did you know that he's the voice behind Manny Calavera in the classic game Grim Fandango? You do now.

7. Ana Ortiz (Hilda)

After playing Betty's older sister Hilda in UB, Ana scored another big TV hit of her own. She's the lead star in the Lifetime series Devious Maids from Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry. Launching in 2013, its fourth season began earlier this year. Ana's also appeared in episodes of How To Get Away With Murder and Black-ish in recent years. She welcomed her second child, Rafael, in 2011.

8. Becki Newton (Amanda)

Best known for playing cutting receptionist Amanda, Becki soon landed her own show Love Bites on NBC in 2011, but it was axed after just six episodes. She later appeared as Barney's almost-wife Quinn in How I Met Your Mother, and also featured in short-lived sitcom The Goodwin Games and equally short-lived sitcom Weird Loners last year. Since UB ended, she has had two children, a boy and a girl, with actor husband Chris Diamantopoulos, who you might remember from Episodes.

9. Judith Light (Claire)

Already a veteran on stage and screen by the time she played Daniel's mother Claire in UB, Judith has continued to win plaudits for her projects over the past six years. She earned her first Tony nomination in 2011 for Lombardi, and won two consecutive Tonys the following two years for Other Desert Cities and The Assembled Parties. She played villainous Judith Brown Ryland in the revived Dallas in 2013, and currently stars as Shelly in the Amazon drama Transparent, receiving a Golden Globe nomination.

10. Ashley Jensen (Christina)

Extras star Ashley landed her first big US role as Betty's trustworthy pal Christina, but left the show after its third season (returning for a bit in the final run). She had a main role in the CBS sitcom Accidentally On Purpose, but it was axed after one season. She has appeared in mostly British productions since then, including Agatha Raisin, Catastrophe and The Reckoning. You also hear her voice every time you watch Embarrassing Bodies.

11. Christopher Gorham (Henry)

Probably still best known for playing Betty's on-off partner Henry, but he has since had a leading role as Auggie in Covert Affairs, and recently played the Wizard of Oz in Once Upon a Time. He also currently voices The Flash in the Justice League animated movies.

12. Alan Dale (Bradford)

Neighbours and Lost star Alan had already appeared in pretty much every TV episode ever by the time he joined UB as publishing magnate Bradford Meade. Since then, he keeps getting regular work, including appearances in The Killing, Once Upon a Time and Dominion

13. Rebecca Romijn (Alexis)

The original Mystique, before Jennifer Lawrence made her a character with actual lines in the X-Men franchise, Rebecca's next-most-famous role was as Daniel's sister Alexis in UB. She currently stars in the TNT adventure series The Librarians, and puts those Mystique days to good use by hosting the body paint reality competition Skin Wars

Bonus: They're all still pals!

The cast reunited for a special panel at the ATX Television Festival in June, where they all spoke of hopes of the series returning in the future. Here's photographic evidence that the gang got back together, proving that a revival is very much in order:
