Seller was quick to answer questions. And the shipping was super fast. I did have the unit professionally installed. Although there are plenty of YouTube videos for the do it yourself situation. So far it looks like a very well made air conditioner. And I think the price was great. I would highly recommend this seller and giving this product a chance. The only warning I have is the directions were only in spanish but even still the youtube videos make it easy to just figure it out
