Not very informative or entertaining.
Sorry to say, it is not a very good set. Much of the material sounds like it was read from a junior high school text, with slides of Galileo and Copernicus, etc. There are some simulations of the solar system and such, but nothing that compares with the history channel universe set (733961231144). Hawking doesn’t say anything very significant. The three disk set has only one thing on it I had not heard before, which is that Einstein did not believe in black holes or singularities, therefore not the big bang either, it appears. I do not believe in that stuff either. It is not real science, as it predicts nothing that can be tested. In summary, don’t buy it. It is neither entertaining nor informative. It trots out all the same old stuff you have heard over and over, with dark matter ... Sorry to say, it is not a very good set.
