Please note, these are live, growing plants therefore I DO NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. Should you receive your plant DOA or a damaged box, please contact me immediately upon receipt so that I may advise accordingly. Again, cancellations are not accepted. A restocking fee of 15% may be imposed if a cancellation is insisted upon. You may ask any questions prior to purchasing, I will be happy to answer :)

***SHIPPING***:

Orders are shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid sitting in the post office over the weekend and ensure your plant is received in the best possible condition.

Keep in mind these are tropical, living plants and once it leaves my hands it is out of my control what happens with/to the plants (delays in transit, shipping routes, shipping stress, loss or mishandling of package by courier, weather, etc). I am not liable for these occurrences. Plants are sold as is, alive AND healthy. Plants are fully rooted unless stated otherwise.

Your plant is covered up to $50 in insurance provided by USPS Priority mail service. Should you wish to insure your plant for its full value, please contact me prior to purchasing. Insurance provided by USPS does NOT cover perishables. Insurance covers if your package is either lost or damaged by carrier.

You may upgrade your shipping to express to ensure prompt delivery and health of the plant. Please contact me prior to placing your order for express shipping costs.

There is a possibility that your plant may experience shipping stress which includes yellowing, wilting or loss of leaves; the plant is rooted and will recover with time and TLC. Ships from Miami, FL vis USPS Priority unless stated otherwise.

It is your sole responsibility to research the plant you are intending to purchase for proper care and growing conditions. These plants have been grown and cared for in Florida. Please note our conditions may not be similar to yours and it is your responsibility to provide an adequate growing environment.
