SHIPPING
Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for your bouquet to be designed especially for you. It will be carefully packaged and shipped to you or to a location you desire. Also, please factor in extra time for shipping delays, weather, etc. The free shipping option usually takes up to 1 week via UPS. If you need it quicker (RUSH processing), you must contact me by convo prior to your purchase to check availability and any rush fee that you may need to pay.

Each custom request is reviewed and determined if supplies are available. I am often able to adjust the size and sometimes the colors of an item you like. Just send me a convo and I will see what I can do to make something that will work for your needs. Once you agree to a custom item, a personalized listing will be posted for you to purchase. This must be done before I begin to make the item.

Faux (artificial) flowers and succulents need to be cared for gently. Wreaths and door swags should be protected from rain and sun for the best longevity of your item. Indoor items can be dusted with a soft duster or hair dryer (cool, low settings). It is not recommended to wash or use any detergents on the surface of the floral materials.

Wreaths and other holiday items are generally secured with wire, but occasionally hot glue is used in the manufacture of ornaments, flowers, etc. Storage in high heat areas may result in loosening of the glues. It is recommended that you store them in a closet or climate controlled area.
